Our Accommodation

Pre Arrival

Detailed directions to the accommodation will always be sent prior to your stay.

Before you pack your belongings there is no need to worry about buying some essentials as we provide enough to get you started including tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, jam, toilet, kitchen roll and essential cleaning equipment. We will also provide you with enough towels and bed linen for your stay.

We also go the extra mile and can, by arrangement, offer additional services including a chauffeur service for that special occasion.  Click here for more information.



Fully serviced including a selection of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.  Included is a BOSCH double fridge/fridge-freezer stocked up with ice, electric oven, four ringed gas cooker and a microwave. The boiler is located in the kitchen.


Consists of one two seater leather sofa, one leather arm chair, foot rest and coffee table. There is a X42 inch wall mounted plasma TV with Sky HD box (including movies and sports) one circular bar table with two stools. There is also an extensive LP collection with a fully working turn table for your use. For those who still use iPods, there's even an iPod docking station with an iPod with numerous downloaded tracks, you can even bring your own device.

Additional Living Area:

Includes x2 leather arm chairs, foot stool and 32 inch wall mounted plasma TV and side table.


There is a cupboard leading off from the additional living area which stores the hoover, mop, bucket and iron.  Ironing board is located in the downstairs WC.


Staircase to second floor consists of x13 steps and is carpeted.

Downstairs WC:

Consists of toilet, basin with mixer tap.


Upstairs Landing:

Carpeted area which leads to the bedroom and bathroom.


Consists of standard sized double bed with memory foam mattress for ultimate comfort, two bedside table with side lamps, fitted wardrobe and wall-mounted 32" plasma with SKY . There is also a small dressing table with a mirror and hairdryer.


X1 toilet with push flush button, L shaped bath and basin.   There is also a wall mounted cabinet suitable for cosmetics where you’ll also find nappy and sanitary bags.


Rear Garden:

For minimal maintenance the garden has artificial grass, two separate seating areas and for your own enjoyment, there is an external speaker system. There are two outbuildings, access of which is not permitted. 

You may even spot some horses which live in the stable at the end of the field.  The horses are very tame and occasionally walk up to the hedge at the end of the garden and are very friendly (although sometimes they are shut in the stables and cannot be seen from the garden or are in the opposite field).

Additional Information

Arrival – Access into the Property

Entrance into the property is through a contemporary door. There is no step up into the property and the entrance is via the paved driveway.   There is a manual outside light which can be left on if requested in advance.

Upon entering the property you will come into a small hall way which leads to the lounge and downstairs toilet.

The lounge itself leads into a smaller/additional living area and kitchen. The bedroom and main bathroom are located on the first floor accessed from the stairs from the main lounge.


Access Out of the Property

There is only one exit out of the property through the front entrance, however there is a rear exit which leads to the garden only.

Please note you cannot access the field from the rear of the property however instructions will be provided to you inside the accommodation, or prior to arrival if requested, for walking routes around the village.


Smoking Policy

We appreciate some of our guests do smoke and we bear this in mind.  Smoking is therefore permitted in the garden (please use ash trays provided).  We do not permit smoking inside Country View House.


General Décor and Interior

Throughout, the walls are painted white with predominately leather and soft furnishings, window blinds, integrated ceiling speakers and spotlights. The property is carpeted throughout with vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom and laminated floor area in the lounge. You will find the property is tastefully decorated with various art work and mirrors.
